COMP-G-TAB    can be used to convert MIDI (types 0, 1, 2) to guitar TAB sheet music. This program works well on MIDI files which have large sections of notes played in the same proximity (i.e., two handed piano, or single track MIDI files using many simultaneously playing instruments are difficult to translate). There is a good chance COMP-G-TAB will be able to unravel the mysteries of your favorite MIDI song!   Total size: 75 kb.

Although Table Editor    is primarily intended for guitarists, it's also able to manage other fretted instruments (bass, banjo, mandolin, lute). As a tablature editor, it produces and prints great-looking tabs or/and musical notation staves. It also plays back tabs through a MIDI device (or the internal PC speaker if you don't have a sound card). This makes it easy to proof your tab or familiarize yourself with a tune. TablEdit can also import and export ASCII tab and MIDI files. TablEdit includes a basic chord builder which allows you to edit customized chords diagrams. TablEdit manages solo and duets tablatures.
